[Condition: Sequelae of cerebral infarction] Purpose of visit: Physical rehabilitation. My mother suffered from hemiplegia following a stroke and was admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Beijing Geriatric Hospital for systematic rehabilitation. The attending physician and physical therapists were exceptionally responsible, conducting regular daily rounds and adjusting the rehabilitation plan according to her progress. After two courses of acupuncture and mechanical exercises, my mother is now able to walk slowly with the assistance of family members. The doctors are professionally skilled and have a kind, approachable manner. The treatment outcomes exceeded our expectations. We are truly grateful for the dedication of the medical staff.
